We represent clients in courts in all types of commercial disputes. We ensure collection of claims through courts as well as out-of-the court, settling of damages issues, legal assistance in case of threat or breach of good reputation and renown of legal entities, as well as legal assistance in case of competition abuse (unfair competition, misleading advertising ...).
Civil Law
In the field of civil law, we draw on our rich experience in protection of personal rights. We represent clients in court proceedings in all civil-law disputes, ensuring the drafting of contracts of purchase, gift and other civil-law contracts, settlement of joint tenancy and community property, providing full legal service in transfer and lease of real estate, including their appraisal by a court appraiser.
