Law Office - Profile
The Law Office was established in the year 1991 by Vladimir Nadasky as a Commerical-Law Office with focusing on the commercial law and the law of commercial companies. In the 1998 Vladimir Nadasky passed the Slovak Bar Association exams and has become its member and continued in the legal practice as an attorney at law. The Law Office still works mainly in the field of the commercial law and the law of commercial companies.
Zuzana Nespalova has started to work in the Law Office as an assistant after join the Faculty of Law at University Comenius in Bratislava in the year 1997. After her graduation she continued in her legal practice as a trainee advocate. In the year 2006 Zuzana has successfully passed the Slovak Bar Association exams and since august 2006 she became a member of Slovak Bar Association and carries on in her legal practice as an attorney at law.
Our law office is combination of rich practical experiences, huge theoretical knowledge, high working onset and consistency by analysing and solving of client problems.
The law office provide legal services to Slovak and foreign clients in all fields of law, including representation of clients in courts, notary offices, bodies of State and municipal administration and other institutions, as well as in negotiations with other parties to legal relationships. We have an extensive experiences in the field of commercial law and considerable part of law office's opreration is focused on establishment of companies.
At present time the law services of the law office are ensured by two partners. In case of need the Law office cooperates with skilled external collaborators in different fields.
